今、システムのパッケージを作ろうとしています。
パッケージってコンセプトが大事なのだと改めて認識させられます。
他社の類似パッケージの内容を調べたりして、自分のコンセプトの独自性を高めて行く作業。
その時に明確なコンセプトが大事で、しかもそのイメージを他社と共有して行かなければなりません。
文章や簡単な図、UMLとかで伝えるなら今までやって来たけど今回はもっと直感的に簡単に伝えないとダメということになる。
そうじゃないと、開発がスタートすらしない。。。
コンセプトに共感が得られないと、会社として開発にGOサインが出ないからだ。
失敗すればモロに自分達の首を締めることになる。
だから、基本コンセプトを叩く作業は徹底的にやらないとダメということになる。
ある意味、コンセプトでみんなが『行ける!』と感動しなければまずお客さんには売れないだろう。
そう考えると、請負というのは非常に定型の作業なのだと感じる。
確かに請負の作業もクリエイティブはクリエイティブなんだけど、パッケージはもっとゆるゆるの地盤を固める事から始める必要がある。
システムねたなので1本あたりの単価もバカにならない。
それなりのお金を出しても欲しいと思わせるものを作らないとダメなのだ。
はてさて、この企画、行けるでしょうか。。。
いや、うまく行くようにしっかりと組み立てないダメなんだな。。。
