ビジネスの難しさ

新しい会社で所謂ベンチャーの経営者と言う人と話しをする時間が増えた。
毎日、いっぱいいっぱいになりながらも勉強になることばかり。
ビジネスの難しさというのもその内の一つ。
今まで、アイデアとか良い商品というのがあればある程度ビジネスと言うのはうまく行くものだと思っていた。
実際は、その辺がベンチャーの落し穴のようだ。
ベンチャー企業と言うのは５年たって残っている割合は1%という統計がある。
残り99%は、吸収されたり潰れたり。。。
色々聞いた中でベンチャーがうまく行かない原因が何なのかを考えてみると、ゞやら"売り"の難しさにあるようだ。
いい商品があっても、売れなきゃしょうがない。
仮に売れたとしても一過性の売り上げではいつまで経っても自転車操業。
やっぱり大事なことって良い商品やいいアイデアをビジネスモデルにマッピングしないとダメらしい。
この辺がとても難しい。
これからこういうネタと真向勝負になるのか。。。
