微妙なお仕事

新しい会社に入社して実働3日目。
合併して新会社になったせいもあり、事務的な処理とかそういったものが若干混乱気味。
会社でも、国でも急速に大きくなると歪みもでかくなるんだろうな。
変化する前には必ず混乱や反発があって、発生した問題を解決し、混乱が収束することころに状態が変化するという話しが何かの本に書いてあった。
状態変化のモデル化といった感じなんだろう。
モデル化されたイメージを持って、実際の状況に照らし合わせると面白いもんだな。。。
雑談が長くなった感じだけど、今日書きたかった事は2つ。
では、本題へ。。。
１点目。
事務的な手続きやグループ全社で使うグループウェアやら諸々のレクチャーをみんなで受けた。説明してくれたのは、本社の社長室の女性社員。
本社の社長室に若くして入る人だからちょっと期待して見てしまったけど、以外と普通な感じでちょっとガックリ。
ここで容姿の話しだと思った人は、きっとHな人です(w
多分、頭は凄くいい人で実務もかなりできる人だとは思うけど、物事に対する洞察とか、説明する能力(口は達けど。。。)にちょっとイライラした。
感覚的なタイプと論理的なタイプの狭間を中途半端に漂ってる感じの人でした。
2点目。
合併前の会社の社長に呼ばれて打ち合わせ。
さすがに打ち合わせの内容は書けないけど、今回の会社での自分の役割と言うものを実際に説明された感じ。
周りの空気で感じていたものは、あまり間違いでは無かったみたい。
SI系の仕事も話しはあるらしいが、あえてそれはやらされてないらしい。
企画からシステム的な方向性、さらに技術的な検証、マネージメント、設計、製造まで全ての工程を見ろと言われた感じかな。。。
いままでの、要求分析から製造までの仕事より遥かにやる事が増えた感じ。
色々、形の無い仕事を言いつけられた。
しかし、ビックリしたのは元社長に言われたこの一言。
『こういう仕事は、お前のように起きてから寝るまでずーーーと仕事に絡めたネタを考えてる人間に向いてる。』
あれ。。。バレた??
最近、会ったばかりなのにおかしいな。。。(w

まぁーあまり張りつめ過ぎないようにしてくださいね。健後面も気になりますし(まぁわたしゃが気にしてもどうもできないのですが…)

わたしゃはSEどころかPG(社外ではSE扱いでした)だったので、もう大変でしたよ。形ばかりで(笑)
形の無い仕事でも、結果は形として残す必要があるのでしょうから、頑張りがいはあのでは!

いよいよ仕事復帰しましたか！
慣れている仕事とは言え、環境に慣れるのには時間がかかるかもしれませんが、がんばってください。
