落後者に感じる時

ハローワークの説明会に行って来ました。
自己都合退職で、それ程長くこういう生活をしている気もないのできっと雇用保険をもらう事もないと思うのだが、一応、話しの種にでも行ってみた。
人間、何事も経験ですがな。(w
でも、ハローワークとか行くと、いろんな人がいる。
人間観察が結構好きな自分としては、誰を見たらいいのか迷う程の多彩ぶり。
年齢もやたらと多彩。運転免許の更新の時の講習のノリだった。
今回の説明会では、雇用保険の説明を聞いたり、ビデオを見せられたりする。
厚生労働省としては、"あなたの再就職をお助けします!!"的なノリで常に語っている。
建前はわかった。。。
説明している人の内、一人、女性の人が話していて、その人は話し方、表情、言い回しなどいろんな外的なアクセスとしては良い印象だったが、もう一人別の女の人はやたらと事務的で、公務員らしい公務員という印象を受けた。
別の席で座って聞いていた若い男の人は、だまって見ている時、口が半開きになるマヌケそうなタイプ。
公務員もいろんな奴がいる。
こういう場に接すると、変な違和感を感じる。
何で奇妙な感じを受けるのか、それが分からなかったんだけど、結局、この違和感の一つは束縛により人を動かそうという仕組みに乗っかっているからなんじゃないかと思う。
キャッチフレーズに対して、仕組み自体が人間を信用していない。
大人数をさばく為にそりゃルールや手順をしっかり決めないといけないのは分かる。
でも、システムから感じる本質的な考え方が人を信用していないのだ。
世の中いろんな人がいるから、思い通りに動かす為、今までいろんなルールの補強をしてきたのだろう。
だから、それなりに良くできているけど、このシステムを作った奴の心の奥底にあるのはネガティブな感情で、そこから生まれた考えなのだろうという感じを受ける。
最低でも、人間的に成熟した奴が作ったシステムではないのはハッキリしている。
こういうシステムの本質的な考えがネガティブなものに乗っかっていると自分が落後者になったような気分にさせられるから不思議だ。
かといって、ポジティブな指向ばっかりでも疲れちゃう。
やっぱり、ニュートラル志向が一番!!

タイトルから想像したものとは違う内容で展開されつつ最後はタイトルに触れる。
わたしゃ、てっきりビデオ見ている自分が、落後者に見えるという内容かと思いました。
ＨＷにはわたしゃも行ったし、説明やらビデオやら…
懐かしく思い出したのと同時に、わたしゃは何も考えていないなと。。
ただ、ひとつ最初から違う状況だなと思ったのは、わたしゃがＨＷに認定のため行った時は最後の砦みたいに期待感がありました。KZOOさんはもっとずっと冷静なんだなと。

本日の読売新聞・夕刊にハローワークについての記事がありました。ハローワークの民間開放について厚生労働省が抵抗しているという内容です。ハローワーク職員２万４千人、年間１５００億円が使われているそうで、これを手放すわけにはいかないというのが厚労省のお役人の考えなんでしょう。どうしようも無いというか、呆れます。
まあ役所で愛想がいいのは税務署だけです（笑）
