仕事の占める割合

仕事を辞めて3週間目に入ってますが、今更になって、自分の生活に置ける仕事の占めていた割合の大きさに驚きます。
基本的の長時間労働の仕事で出張が多かったこと等から、プライベートな時間というのは多くは取れませんでした。
就職で地方に行っていたので、地元の友人とも限られる程しか付き合いが無くなってしまい、その分、仕事への依存率が高まっていたのでしょうね。
その昔、会社への依存度というのをできるだけ減らし、いつ一人になっても生きていけるということを主眼に置こうと考え、そういう風に生きてきたつもりでいました。
でも、実際、人間関係については、元の会社にかなり依存していたことを非常に感じます。
少しおっかなく感じたのは、仕事をリタイアした後って、自分のような人間はどうなってしまうのだとうか?ということ。
仕事が趣味みたいな世界でやっていると、仕事が無くなってしまうことにより人生の楽しみの一部を喪失してしまうのではないでしょうか?
きっと、世のおとうさん方にもこういう人って多いんだろうな。
やっぱり、仕事以外でもしっかりとした趣味を持つことって大切なのかもしれませんね。

前職では住所不定のような生活でしたけど(w
次の仕事のオファーは色々あるのですが、休みには言い口実ができたので1月程休もうと思っています。
あまり休むことに慣れていないせいかちょっと落ち着きませんネ(w
実際わたくしも今の仕事に就く前は半年ほどの充電期間がありました。
正直、前の仕事で殆ど鬱のような状態になっていたので、回復に苦労しました。

きっと、ここ１年くらいは大変だったんでしょうね。
リハビリを兼ねて、前の会社の後輩とかと喋ったりしています。

だから正直辛かったです。
ブランクが1ヶ月でも2年でも(就職活動には影響しますが)、一度、仕事を辞めたらこういう状況に自分はなるんだと知っておけるのは大切だと思います。
