夕食に焼肉を食べてきました。
まあ、焼肉と言えばビール!と言うわけで、焼肉屋さんで最初にビールを注文したわけですが、それに"お通し"って付いて来るじゃないですか?
あれって何??なんてくだらん疑問を持ってしまいました。
『お通し』って最初にお酒を頼むと付いて来る。ソフトドリンク頼んでも付いて来ない。
ツレの意見によると、
『料理が出てくるまで時間がかかるから、それまでおつまみとしてどうぞ。
アルコールは空きっ腹で飲むと酔いが早くなるのでそれを抑止する意味があるのかも。。。』
なるほど!納得する意見。
じゃあ、そういう意味で行くと、料理が出てくる前までに食い切るのが吉?
しかも、アルコールが入る前に取り合えずお腹に何か入れると言う意味でいくと、一気食い?
そんなわけないよね。。。
やる気満々の居酒屋とかで、お通して牛乳とか出てくる店とかあったらちょっと恐くなるけど。。。(w

お通しって、場所代だと思っていました。わたしゃが行く大衆居酒屋では、飲物の種類に関係なく、お通しがでます。空きっ腹用のような感じではないですね。チーズとか、言われる通り牛乳とかが出るとわかりやすいのですが(笑)お連れの方の意見が近いような気もします。

ちなみに、焼肉と言えばビールですが、わたしゃはごはんも頼みます(笑)貧乏性なので、ごはんがないとお肉食べられません…(笑)
お通しって、Ｕさんの言うように場所代の意味もありますが、とりあえずの酒のつまみで店が勝手に決めた一品というだけのことなので、別に一気食いする必要も無いです(笑)
お店によってはお通しに結構気が利いたものがでてくるので、そういうところへ行くと今日はどんなお通しかな？という楽しみがあったりします。
