初歩的なコミュニケーションって?

会社を辞めてから、一気に社会との接点みたいなものが無くなった。
1日中人に合わないこともある位、コミュニケーションから遠ざかっている。
今まで、人とのコミュニケーションが主体で仕事をしてきたので、このギャップはかなりのものだ。
元々、休日はこんな感じで過ごしてきたのだが、1週間近くこの状態が続くとさすがにちょっと異質な感じを受け始める。
あまり周りの人には信じてもらえないのだけど、基本的に社交的ではない自分としては、ペースを取り戻す為にリハビリしてる感じなんだけどもね。
こんな生活をしてても、デジタルな世界では継っている。
デジタルな世界というと大層おおげさだけど、ネットでメールやメッセンジャーをしたり、携帯でメールをしたりするのだって、デジタルなコミュニケーションなわけで。。。
結局、今の世の中、どんなにデジタルが発達しても、直接的なコミュニケーションとはかけ離れた世界にある。また、その辺がいいところでもある。
例えば、映像も使ったメッセンジャーなんてものがあるが、まだ一般的にはキモい世界なんじゃないだろうか?
そんな中で生活していると、個別のコミュニケーションの枝葉が切り捨てられて行く感じがする。
ちょっとそこで思ったことを書いてみる。
コミュニケーションの中で、自己主張というか何と言うか、自分の考えや欲求を相手に伝えることが最初の鬼門となる。
赤ちゃんなんかを見てると、泣き声一つで母親に生存の欲求を伝えてたりするからすごいのだが、これは、母親という存在が、その相手の欲求を常に満たそうとする状態によって起こるコミュニケーションの初歩のようなものに感じる。
それが段々大人になっていくと、お互いの気持ちを汲み取って、妥協点を探るという複雑なコミュニケーションに発展していく。
大人の社会では、相手に対する欲求の放出度合が多過ぎると、自己主張が強いとかわがままとか言われたりする。
逆に、自分の主張(判断や考え)を相手に伝えられなさ過ぎても、それはコミュニケーション能力の不足として扱われたりする。
社会との接点を持つ人達は、その微妙なバランスを自分のステレオタイプとかとの兼ね合いでとって生きていることになる。
その辺で便利になってくるのが、『遠慮』とかという便利な道具である。
少なくとも、日本の社会では、この遠慮というものがいいもの賭される風潮がある。
場の社会である日本の美徳でもあるわけだが、使いかたは難しい。
特に、価値観が複雑化した現代においては、そのさじ加減一つで、相手とのコミュニケーションを壊しかねない。
なぜ、そんなことが起こるのかと言えば、『遠慮』にたいして『勘ぐり』が働くからである。
勘ぐりというと少々聞こえは悪いけども、先程出た赤ちゃんの例で行くと相手の隠れた欲求を汲み取ろうとする非常にコミュニケーションの根本を成り立たせるものである。属に『察する』何て言うのもこれに非常に近い感じだと思う。
この２つの関係が基本的なコミュニケーションをややこしくする要素なんじゃないだろうか?
更にこの２つの行為が発生する心理的な要因というのが、本来、思考として深い方向に行く正しい道なのだろうけど、止まらなくなるので今は触れないでおく。
隠れた欲求を正確に掘り出すにはどうしたらいいのだろうか?
この辺が今回の思考の落としどころだろうか。。。
結局、どんなに頑張っても、相手の全てを察することはできないのではないかと個人的には思う。
完全に相手を理解する為には、究極論、自我の崩壊が行き着く先だからだと思う。
じゃあ、どうすればいいのかと言えば、この辺、コミュニケーションを取るのは1人ではできないわけで、その発信者の側がある程度上手に自己を表現できるまたは、それに努力することが不可欠なんじゃないかという、非常に一般的な結論に達してしまう。
やっぱり、コミュニケーションって発信と受信の両方とも能力を研かないとダメなんだな。。。

ネットでのコミュニケーションオンリーになったＵです。
以前がリアルでのコミュニケーションがおそらく平均よりかなり多かったと思います。ですので、最初はショック状態でしたよ…今は２年目の終わりに近づいているので少しは慣れましたが。

その番組によると、今、人間って自分達で地球の環境の大変動をおこしているらしいです。
過去、地球の生物の95%が死滅した一大事件があったらしいのですが、今の温暖化のペースは、その地球的環境変動の300倍のペースだと言うことでした。
恐ろしい話しです。。。
