今日は何もしてません。
いつもより少し遅目に起きて、溜ってたビデオ見て。
あとは夕食作っておしまい。
本日の夕食は『豚肉の揚げだし』でした。
豚肉、長芋、ナスをからあげにしたものにあんかけをかけます。
あんかけ自体は、醤油とみりん、酒で味付け。
隠し味的に鶏ガラスープをちょっとだけいれると深みが出ます。
長葱と生姜を薬味にどうぞ!
ご飯にも結構合いますヨ。
簡単!早い!うまい!
