ある日のホテル

引き続き福岡に滞在中。金曜日戻りだけど雪祭りと連休の影響で帰りの飛行機が取れてません。KZOOです。。。
福岡にいる間、当然、いつものようにホテルに泊まっているいる訳ですが、今回は新規開拓です。
好きで新規開拓したわけじゃないんですが、色々事情がありまして。ブツブツ・・・。
まあ、それはそれとして、仕事が終わってホテルへ帰って来ました。
それからの出来事です。
帰ってきて、トイレに入ろうとユニットバスのドアを開けました。
そうすると、床に汚れたバスマットが転がっています・・・。
洗っているバスマットも浴槽に掛けてあります。
掃除した人が完全に忘れ去っております。＿|￣|○
このホテルは、何とビジネスホテルの分際で大浴場がついています。
それは特権！是非行かねば！！
大浴場は最上階にあり、そこまで行くのにやはりスーツというのは嫌です。
というわけで、部屋に備え付けてある浴衣に着替えようと手に取ります。
あれ？帯がない。。。
ボタン式？
いや、そんなことはない。普通の浴衣です。
困りました。
フロントに電話して持ってきてもらおうかと思い、視線を移すと、窓際に今来ている浴衣と同じものが・・・。帯もあります。＿|￣|○
気を取り直して行きましょう！

しかも、展望大浴場です！！
行ってみました。
中浴場でした。＿|￣|○
一つ思ったのは、客の立場から見ると、たとえアルバイトの従業員がヘマをしたとしても、それ自体がそのホテルの質になってしまうという単純な真理です。
我々だって、外から見れば会社という一塊でしか見られません。
その辺、個人に対する信用に変換して、ひいては会社の信用に繋げていくという状態の変化はあるわけだけど、まず取っ掛かりは誰であっても会社の代表になってしまうという怖さを感じた数時間でした。

組織というものをうまく語ることに私はいい言葉を持ちませんが、個人と組織というのはタマゴが先かニワトリが先かという論になりがちなのかもしれませんね。
