気が付けば、こんなにエントリー書いてなかったのね。。。
まあ、それはさて置き、会社辞めます。
実は少し前から決まっていたのですが、会社の人も見てるので本決まりになるまではBlogでは書けませんでした。
他の人から見れば大したことないことですが、本人としては割りと大きな事件な訳で・・・。
とりあえず、Blogに書いてみます。
上司との面談(３段階：計６回もあった)で一番最初に聞かれるのはやはり理由。
誤解のないようにここで書いておきますが、会社に不満があるから辞める訳ではありません。
少なくとも、自分にとって一番楽チンなのは、骨をうずめる気で入ったこの会社にそのまま居るのがいいに決まってる。
それなりのポジションとか人間関係とかそういったモノを頑張って作る必要も薄いし、自分的に普通に仕事をしていればそれなりの生活が得られる気がする。
でも、実際、自分が求めてるものってこうじゃない。
自分的にもっと高い技術を習得したりとか、もっといろんな仕事やったりとか、もっといろんな人とかに接してみたりとか、要は自分をもっと広げたい！挑戦したい！
そんなこんなで辞めることにしました。
幸い、後輩の中に自分の思考プロセスをある程度継承してくれた人間が出てきたし、思い残すことはない。
残るは、個人的な会社に対する思い入れだけか・・・。
多分、これから先は茨の道。
このまま会社に居ても、ぬるま湯に浸かったまま。
と言いつつも、１ヶ月くらいはブラブラするつもりです。
自分を見つめるにもいい機会です。
それが終わったら、フリーでも、ダンプの運転手でもやって生きていきますぁ～。
まあ、気楽に、求める道を模索するだけです。
会社を辞める前に最後にお願い。
もし、これを読んでるウチの会社の後輩がいたならこれを機会に一度コメント書いてみてね。

学ぶべき事がまだたくさんあったので本当に残念でなりません。
しかし、不肖たろっさは学ぶべき道筋は少し見えてきました。
私は、もう少しここに残ります。

ちょうど２年前、私も同じ決断をし、これはそのとき中国の友人たちから贈られた言葉です。会社を辞めるということは決して後ろ向きなことではなく、次のステージへの一歩を踏み出すことだからお祝いの言葉になるんだとか。
私もまだまだ茨の道を突き進んでいる状態ですが、茨の道にも楽しいところはありますよ。
