小さな燃料タンク

今日、会社のやる気のある若い連中と話す話をする機会があった。
ウチの会社の中では非常に稀なSE的技術に貪欲な連中だ。
あまり仕事で関わる機会が少ない奴もいて、頭がべらぼーにいい奴もいた。
すごい刺激になるよね。
と書いておいて、今日は少しネガティブなネタです。
ネガティブになりたくない人はこれから先読まない方がいいです（ｗ
2時間近く要求分析の手法について話をしてたんだけど、それが終わってからぐったり疲れた。。。楽しかったけどね。
スイッチが『パチン』とOFFになるみたく本日は終了。
話をしてて、自分の中の考えやプロセスを大量に吐き出すことで異常にエネルギーを消費した。
気持ち悪いのが、エネルギーの消費(変換)によって生み出されるエントロピーのようなもの。
これが、自分の中で暴れて言うことを聞かなくなる。
困ったもんだ。この年になって、自分の内面のコントロールもできんのか・・・。
もう一つ感じたのは、プロセスを吐き出してエネルギーを消費するのだが、更に思考を行って新たなものを作り出す内的行為に必要なエネルギーが中々溜まらないということだ。
つまり、内的なエネルギーの需要と供給のバランスが崩れてしまう。
この内的なエネルギーの補充というのが自分的には下手で、引き出しも少ないので大量に使用した後はしばらく復活できない。
もしかしたら、自分の燃料タンクはものすごく小さくて、それに比べて燃費が悪いのだろうか？
時代はエコなのに・・・。

レベルは違うと思いますが、今のわたしゃもある意味作り出す力ないです。
まして２Ｈも話すことなどできないですし。
でもタンクは一人に一種類ではないはずですよ。
今は小さなタンクかもしれませんが、大きなタンクの日もあると思います。
そうでないと、わたしゃもやりきれません（笑）
今はノータンクですから…（笑）
でも、こうして、先輩と２Ｈも話す機会がある後輩さん（若い連中さん）は勉強になりますよね。羨ましい。
後輩さんに少し自分のタンクにある燃料を預けた形になっているのかもしれませんよ！

そうですね。わたしもＫＺＯＯさんと話してみて、話が尽きないし、１つ１つに対して深く丁寧に掘り下げて話される方だなとびっくりしました。
常に「考える」という行為がお好きなのでしょうね。
その結果、１つのことに２時間も話せるほどに知識・ロジックが蓄積されているんでしょうね。
ヲヤヂにありがちな「同じコトを何度も話す」も全くありませんし。
そう考えると俺は浅く広くしか知識がないなと思う。
