個人的に人間は完全な相互理解はできないと思っている。
でも、いろんな人と話をしていると相手とのシンクロ率みたいなものを感じる。
同じ言葉を発したとしても、コミュニケーションとして返却される感じから判断して一度言葉にダウンMIXされたイメージを再構築する感じだ。
相手の言葉もすんなり入ってくるし、多分、相手もそれを感じている。
システムを開発するに当って、各ロールの専門家によるチーム開発と言うのはすごく重要だと思う。
チーム力というのは、単純な和にならないというのは、ピープルウェアなんかを読んでいても共感した部分だし、一人の人間の力なんて、高々知れている。
一人で出来るとか、オラが最高みたいな人はどうも信用できない。
『三人寄れば文殊の知恵』というのは真理だと思う。
さて、チームというものを形成するに当って大事なことって何なんだろうか？
知識ベースでの一致とか、コミュニケーション能力の高さというのはあるだろうけど、そういうのってすごく表面的な感じがする。
その答えになりそうなものとして挙げられるのが、シンクロ感という感覚。
ある程度の長い期間一緒に仕事をすればシンクロ率は高まるとは思うが、グループ感を感じるようなワクワクするシンクロ感というのが得られるかどうかというのは時間とかじゃないような気がする。
この時点で問題となるのは、最終的にシンクロ感を得られる仲間なのかどうかというのはどこを基準にすればいいのだろうかということ。
これについては、残念ながら自分的に言葉に出来ない。
強いて方法があるとすれば、少し話してどう感じるかということしか言えない。最終的には感覚になってしまうのかな。

ほんとそうですよね。
そういうマニュアル化できないところにセンスの違いというのが現れるのだと思います。
面白くない職場で感じるなんともいえないやな感覚は、人間関係までもマニュアル化したりただの仕事上のつながりとしか考えない割り切った考え方のツケのように思えます。
なんて、ちょっと偉そうな事を言ってみました。
なんとなく、わたしゃなりにですが、おっしゃりたい「シンクロ」のことが分かる気がします。
シンクロって言葉は浮かびませんでしたが。
会った瞬間、「このメンバーならできる」って思ったことはありました！
解釈が違っていたらすみません…
わたしゃのブログと違って、切り口が様々でほんと勉強になります。

今回のネタを言い換えるなら、この各自が持つセンスがに似ているか、似ていないかという話かな？と思います。
マニュアルに関しては、やはり使いようだと思います。
いろんな問題に対して、いろんなアプローチをするわけですが、このアプローチの引き出しの内の一つだと思ったりします。

そうですね。ノリが合うかどうかは話してみた感覚で掴むものなのかもしれません。しかし、これも永遠のものではありません。時系列に沿って人間関係は良くも悪くも変化します。特に一旦悪くなったらなかなか戻りにくい。コレに今一番苦労してます。

人間関係が変化していくことについては、実は、当事者本人達が変化していくことにより生まれる関係の摩擦が大抵の原因じゃないかと思いちゃいます。
ある時に2人の人間関係が良好だったとして、お互の変化(成長？)の方向性やスピードが異なることによって、ある未来の時点での関係性に摩擦が生じると言う感じですかね。。。
3日も経てば人間驚くほど変化していることはあるわけで、そこに対する戸惑いのようなものがキッカケになったりするのかも。
