家の近くにドラッグストアがオープンしました。
結構、大きい奴です。
元々、別のドラッグストアがあったので、別に今更いらんのですが。。。
と言いつつも、ちょうど風呂用洗剤が切れたのをいいことに、新し物好きの自分としては思わず見に行ってしまったりして。
グルッと店を一回り。
広いなー！
通路も広くてチョット寒々とした感じ。
洗剤を見つけてレジへ。
前におじさんが会計をしてました。
レジのおばさんがそのおじさんに言いました。
レジのおばさん：『お客様お連れ様はいらっしゃいますか？』
お客のおじさん：『いません。』
レジのおばさん：『こちらのティッシュペーパーはお一人様、２つまでとなっております。』
お客のおじさん：『・・・。』
タマにありますよね？こういうルール。
『お一人様XX個まで』みたいなやつ。
商売としては、たくさん売れた方がいいのに何で？？
客に文句を言われるのかな？
でも、そんなに人入ってないけど。。。
喉元まで、『私が連れです』って言いそうになりました。
偽善っぽいルール止めようよ。
これも、マニュアル化の弊害かな。

えーと、一応主婦ですので、この手のネタに反応してしまいます。
これには２つの効果があるのではないかと。
ひとつは、数に限りがある場合、遅く来たお客さんでも買えること。
もうひとつは「これは安い！」と思い込ませることができること。通常の値段を知らなくても、「これはきっと安いんだな。だから買っておこう。」と客に思わせる。
以前、レジの前の男の人が抱っこした赤ん坊まで数に入れて、「４人だから４パック買えますよね」と言って買っていったのを目撃した。
あれ、後で奥さんも同じ事をして計８パックを手にしたんだろうなあ。

少し前には『限定！』とかそういうプレミアをつける宣伝が流行ってましたね。

近場にスーパーが２つあって、一つはすごく安いんですよ。

結局、商売っていいものを適正な価格で売ることが基本なのかな？なんて考えたりします。
