夕食を食べてくつろぎながらテレビのチャンネルを切り換えているとニュースでホームレスに関する特集をやっていた。
随分、制作者の主観が入った内容だなと思ったら、日本放送協会ともめている某局のニュースだった。
相変わらずアホっぽい。
ホームレスの問題って意外と深刻に感じるので、軽く考えてみたりする。。。
ここから書く内容は、裏づけを取った話ではないのであくまで個人的意見だと思って欲しい。
とあるサイトの情報では、ホームレスの中で就業意欲のある人が８割くらい。
また、原因別で見ると不況のあおりで職を失った(倒産や、リストラ)のが７割程度だそうだ。
このデータだけ見ると就業意欲にあふれ、どうしようもなくホームレスをやっていると言う感じがする。
年齢がいってからの再就職は確かに難しいだろう。
病気や怪我などにより、労働が難しくなった例もあるだろう。
番組の中では、とあるホームレス収容施設が紹介され、夕方６時～朝６時まで無料で睡眠場所、入浴場所等を提供する施設があると言っていた。
食事まで支給される。(しかも２食！！)
そんな施設も、利用率は５０％程度。何故か？
ホームレスの弁によると『あんなに朝早く追い出されても行くところがない』
おい、まじかよ。。。
それをフォローするように、ホームレスを体験した作家が弁を追加する。
『定住できる場所を提供する為の住居を借りる為のお金を貸したりしないとダメだ』と。
また、行政のせいかよ。。。
確かに一度ホームレスになると這い上がるのはものすごい努力が必要になるだろう。きっと、努力を続けている人も多いだろう。
でも、何かしっくりこないことがたくさん。
ホントに職がないのだろうか？
住み込みで農業に従事するとか、外国から出稼ぎに来ている人達と同じような職というのもないのだろうか？
住み込みの仕事もあるだろう。
分からない。確かに日本は今、求職することが困難なことはわかる。
でも、選り好みとかホントにしてないのだろうか？？
行政側にも問題があるだろう。
海外への援助金は莫大な額になる。
怪我や病気のホームレスに対しては、保護が必要だろう。
この辺には、お金をかける必要があるとは思う。
付け焼刃的に一時収容の施設を作っても問題は解決しないような気がする。
この問題は、簡単に答えの出ない問題だし、更に問題を掘り下げる時間もないが、何とかならないものか。
弱者が強い国、日本の補強は更に続く。

この問題には、生活窮困者に対する支援方法が画一的できちんと機能していないのが原因ではないか？と思います。実際、国民年金より生活保護受けた方がお金が貰えるなんてバカげてますし、それを食い物にしている奴等までいるなんて、どうかしてますよ。
必要な人に適切に援助できる支援体制を作ることってできないものなんでしょうか？

画一的になってしまう原因としては、『グループ化』に問題があるような気もします。
