今日も疲れたなー。
環境的に問題があって、結合試験が壁にぶつかりました。
本来は共通チーム(環境や共通関数等を受け持つ人達)がやるはずの仕事なのだけど、
技術的にも、行動力的にも問題があって、リードして解決してくれる気配がない。
痺れを切らして、結局、なぜかオレが仕切るような状態に。。。
なんか、でしゃばってるみたいで嫌だな。こういうの。
でも、放っておくとドンドン遅れが出てしまうし。
まあ、しょうがない。
問題が出た時にリーダーがリードしたり、場を盛り上げたりしないとチーム全体の士気
が下がってしまうと思うんだけどな。。。
その辺も考えておくれよ。１協力会社社員からのお願い。（ｗ

お疲れ様です（本当に疲れている）
＞でしゃばってるみたいで嫌だな。こういうの。
あーわかります。だって今の自分がそうなんですもの〜（涙）。誰かリーダー交代するか、もしくはサブをもう一人つけてくで‥‥って思いました。
ここだから書きますけど、メンバーの士気が低い。とりあえず形になってるからいいや〜って思っちゃってる。じゃあ最初の企画はどこに行ったの？ とつっこみどころが満載なんで、明日の会議でビシバシ言おうかと‥‥。
きっと皆さん、裏では「鬼リーダー」とか「ダメリーダー」とか言ってる事でしょー。

最近、工数節減と称して、ワザと曖昧に書いているフシがあります。
前に別の人が、細かいところを書いたら、削除をするようにと注意されたようです。
冗長な表現だから削除された訳ではありません。
DBのどの項目を、どのように判定するかを書いた記述を根こそぎ削除指示が出たそうです。
内容を曖昧に書いておき、最終的にバグかどうかを曖昧にして、後で力でねじ伏せようとしているフシがあります。
